BigPond Games uses special software from Exent Technologies to enable our gaming service. The first time you play a game you will need to download and install the Game Manager. Parental Lock enables you to choose the game ratings which will be playable. Once enabled, if you want to play a game that is locked, you can enter your PIN to get access to it.

To ensure only the main account holder can update the Parental Lock details, such as the PIN and what game ratings are locked, access to the "My Account" area will also prompt PIN entry.

For new users, enabling Parental Lock is an option during your sign-up process.

If you are already a GameNow subscriber, you can access Parental Lock via "My Account - Parental Lock" page. Here you will have the option to enable/disable Parental Lock, choose which ratings you want to have locked and set your PIN number. You can also update your PIN and Game ratings at any time by visiting this page.
